Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Orders placed after 2 PM AEST will be processed the following business day.

Once your order is packed and ready to ship, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

We currently ship within Australia. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Missing or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:

• Contact us within 7 days of delivery at purepawbiotics7@gmail.com
• Include your order number and photos if applicable
  We’ll investigate and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
