We offer a 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery.


How to Request a Refund

Do not send products back unless we explicitly instruct you to do so.


Important Notes

  • Return instructions (if required) will be provided after approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.

  • We reserve the right to refuse requests that do not follow this process.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at purepawbiotics7@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of consumable pet supplements, opened or used products are generally non-returnable. We also do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your request is approved, a refund will be issued (or a replacement provided where applicable). You may place a new order at any time.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason.

For EU returns:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

This EU right is separate from and does not limit our 60-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.


Refund Processing

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
